I had planned on going to the Wire game tomorrow, but unfortunately we can’t go now as my wife’s handbag was snatched on Christmas Eve. Bank cards, credit cards, cheque books, driving licences, cash – everything gone. Everything was cancelled, but because they can’t issue any new cards until Monday, we now have no way of getting to the game.

To everyone I hoped to meet there, Happy Christmas, and best wishes throughout the New Year. Enjoy the game, and we’ll see you all 8th Feb.
