The Headingley clash will be the second game in a special TV double-header.
The televised action will begin with the match between French side Catalans Dragons and Bradford Bulls (1430 BST), one of five all-Super League ties.
The Rhinos and Saints, winners of the tournament for the last three years, will then follow at 1630 BST.
