John Fisher drew 26-26 against Kelvin Hall, Hull in their last 16 match yesterday.
Under the competition rules, rather than play extra time they look at tries scored, and if they are tied as in this game they then award the win to the away team.
Consequently John Fisher are now out of the competition.
Seems a harsh way to go out to me!!
Edmund Arrowsmith played today but not heard the result yet.
Anyone know?

hey don't forget the other age groups ? standish year 8 s are still in there ,crunch game next week against st benedicks [whitehaven] who beat us last time out at there place ,but we had problems then but are fighting fit now.
