Thanks cp. I think it may have been caused by me being logged in when he registered last night.

Will test out his login later to see if its working, or still causing the problem.

That is probably what happened. I will test that and see if I can replicate it. I guess, logging out before registering is the work around for now.

Thanks Mike. We couldn't get his login to work last night, so he has re-registered.

Working fine now - make sure I'll logout regularly.
