Are You A True NRL Fan?

Got something to discuss about RL in general? Then this is the place to post it.

The questions are tough I am a RL/NRL Geek and I did not have a clue on at least a couple.

Did you see the game this morning CP? I was quite impressed with the new 2 ref system. The game flowed well
and i took note of the ref's important PTB rulings
re-wrestling holds around the head.
I think both these teams will be there or thereabouts come the playoffs.

Not yet PW. I did see the Charity Shield between St George and Souths and was astounded how well 2 referees worked. My pre conceived thoughts were that it would be a nightmare yet thus far you hardly notice that there are 2 referees on the pitch. The positioning of the 2nd referee works very well. I doubt kickers will get attacked for example now.

Saw the 2 results and how people can claim NRL is boring :) A golden point match and another settled by a drop goal in the last 5 minutes.

What makes me smile is our reluctance in this country to blood young players yet the Broncos had not 1 but 3 rookie outside backs and Falau is treated as an established player after 2 seasons. Inglis is going to be a colusus in World RL. 107Kgs now. Size, skill = frightening.

7 out of 10 for me 70%. I think there were only a couple of my answers that weren't a total guess. Just goes to show that answering randomly in multiple choice does sometimes work.

I knew 5 and guessed 2
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan
