Noble baffles me

Noble's squad selection baffles me. Who was one of our best performers against Stains, Phelps? I think so. So 3 days later v Catalan where his he, especially when you consider Carmont out injured, Noble picks Price out of the blue?? Also Richards been struggling with an injury and Leuluia struggling with illness who does he have on the bench? 2 props, a hooker and a second row? I know Lockers or Baily could cover in the backs but thats not the point, whats wrong with Phelps, unless of course he's injured? Baffles me!!!! [/b]

If it was me, I would have stuck with the team we played against Saints, obviously apart from Hock of course.

So are you telling me that Pryce did a better job than Phelps could have or Goulding, oh I forgot he's another Wigan youngster out on loan who we will probably let go permanantly and will come back to haunt us. Why is our back weak, on paper it is a good pack, but problem is we don't play on paper.

Ian Thornley would have been better.
Goulding certain would have.
If Sam T was playing on the left he would be far better. Ainscough far better on the right.

he baffles me to - any decent coach would have understood that our pack is half the size of the catalan pack so at every opportunity we should have spun the ball out wide and let the likes of gleeson sam T - Tommy L run with the ball - but instead what do we do we get involved in an arm wrestle.
Stains - Leeds would have ran the ball out wide at every opportunity and longy would have kicked them all over the park.
Rugby league is a simple game of tactics and tactics come from leadership we have no captain and we defo have not got a coach who when plan A isnt working he doesnt have a Plan B. Catalan are a big pack and if made to work hard would have tired but for us to play them at there own game of drive the game through the pack was incompetent and idiotic.
