Dear Mr & Mrs R L Wigan,
I am sorry to say that your boys aren't doing as well as we had hoped at this stage. They seem to be making effort, but somehow it just isn't translating into the right kind of result.
It's very difficult to be sure where the problem lies. One thing is sure however, they are getting the right kind of support and encouragement, even if sometimes it can sound a bit too aggressive. But the shouts and enthusiasm of an 18 isn't enough on its own.
There are a number of the boys who aren't performing and though it may be loss of direction or one of them taking the right lead I know that everyone here is willing them to do their best and get it right.
This year isn't over yet, but we do need to see some improvement.
I hope you will play your part and continue your support.
best wishes,

Steve the gas, (Form - master)

Very good Steve. May be you could give Noble the cane and a million lines in his own blood:

"I must not play boring Rugby and screw up Wigan Rugby League."

"I must not play boring Rugby and screw up Wigan Rugby League."

"I must not play boring Rugby and screw up Wigan Rugby League."

What I would like to know is what these guys actually do in training;

1.They can't pass to each other or catch.
2.They have NO set moves.
3. They cannot deal with a high kick
4. Their defence is very poor.
5. Their level of fitness seems to be a mile behind everyone else.
6. The forwards are as weak as P**S

Everyone has to take a collective responsibility for this, the players for appearing to have the attitude that it is a god given right to wear the shirt and not a privilege.

BN and his first team coaching staff for allowing poor underperforming players to be selected week in week out.Have you ever wondered what is the difference between the succesful reserve and academy teams? answer They are not coached by Nobby. So why can they play attractive rugby and have a strong defence, hmmmmmm I wonder.

IL for allowing this rudderless ship to just keep drifting along from game to game.

COME ON MR LENIGAN THE BUCK STOPS WITH YOU. THIS IS YOUR MONEY AND OUR HOPES AND APIRATIONS THAT THESE GUYS ARE MESSING WITH. ITS TIME YOU STOPPED MUCKING ABOUT, BE A MAN, AND INSTEAD OF LETTING BRIAN CRACK SOME EGGS MAKE THE GUY CRACK THE BLOODY WHIP ONCE AND FOR ALL AND GET RID OF ANYBODY INCLUDING HIMSELF WHO DOESN'T SHARE ALL THE AMBITIONS OF ALL THE SUPPORTERS WHO ARE SICK AND TIRED OF THE MEDIOCRITY BEING DISHED UP WEEK AFTER WEEK BY GUYS CLEARLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO WEAR THE SHIRT.
