I know Martin and Mark from music at John Rigby. Didn't know they were in a band together.

One of the most inspiring blues guitarists I have ever seen. The next Gary Moore.
Is he British Alex.
I heard he could be touring the UK this year.
I love the Blues too.
Do you ever get to the Cumbria "Maryport" Blues festival.
It is really worth a journey there.
All the pubs in Maryport are jam packed and have very good bands playing from all over the world.
The main stage tent has the more recognised acts with a headliner on Friday, Saturday & Sunday night.
This year has Jethro Tull, plus John Mayall headlining.
Mayall is superb, but not stuck on Tull.
People travel from all over the globe to come to this event now, it has expanded big style over the passed three to four years.
Luckily, I will just be home from Israel to pick it up this year.

Joe Bonamassa is awesome (got all his albums). Seen him a live couple of times. First came across him on a documentary about electric guitars on Channel 4 when he was 12 years old. Even then he was brilliant, demonstrating how different guitarists have different styles playing the same tune, flipping between Hendrix, Clapton and SRV. Can't wait for the DVD of his recent Royal Albert Hall show to come out later this year. He's touring UK Nov/Dec(link at bottom of post).
I also like Walter Trout (ex Bluesbreakers/Canned Heat). If you like Walter watch out for Danny Bryant, a British lad (about 27) with a simlar style. Also keep an eye out for Joanne Shaw Taylor, young girl from Brum who's fantatsic. She's supporting Johnny Winter on his current tour on some dates. She really rocks live but I've got a link to her doing a solo version of one of the songs off her new album. (also at bottom of page)
Never made it to Maryport for the festival but do get to Colne Blues Festival every August Bank Hols (meet a few people fom Maryport there each year). Good line up this year but I hope I have to miss the Saturday this year due to a prior engagement at Wembley.
