Extraordinary General Meeting

Post by BriH »

The only way to get rid of Brian Noble is for some of the Ordinary Shareholders to call an Extraordinary General Meeting, put forward a Motion of "No confidence in the current Coach". Unfortunately, IL is by far the biggest Shareholder (90% I think) so he could effectively veto it. However, it would get maximum publicity (bad) and it may just force his hand.
I am going to write to IL in the stongest possible terms at my sadness seeing this once great Club reduced to this level.
I am 67 years old and I started watching Wigan in 1952.

BriH

Go for it! It can only apply more pressure on IL to act.
Whatever happened to Billy McGinty's pineapple?

The fact that you feel as you do shows how bad things are.

I bet you do from Mick. IL does not reply but he reads. After the Wakefield 1st game loss, I sent an essay length rant off to both IL and Mick. They both read it, Mick replied via email and phone call.

Surely there must be more than just us fans with a distinct lack of confidence with team selection and game play? A vote of no confidence cant be far away, at this rate we stand to lose the better players, as who want to play at a club getting beat week in week out, travel from cumbria for all home games but its getting harder to bother myself to go with recent results, and lack of some players efforts, IL/MH if you read anything on here please consider our thoughts and take a long hard look at what can be done,

Can we not just vote Noble out in some Big Brother sort of thing.

If Lenegan setup a phone line where people could ring up to vote Noble out he would make a fortune. I would vote 20 times to make sure they got the message.

Day 1095 in the JJB Stadium and Brian Noble has been called to the board room.
