The mail has been snail slow for me - nothing through at all for the past 3 days.
You can renew online using the e-ticketing service. I've just done mine and it's dead easy. No queues and no surcharge.

has anyone noticed there is a £2.50 charge per ticket for DEBIT card renewals this is just greed in my opinion and possibly illegal.

This happend last year & i asked Mike hogan about this last year as i felt that it was wrong to charge per ticket not per transaction.He said he knew nothing about the charges.It cost me an xtra £7.50 because it was a family ticket for 3.£7.50 is not a lot of money but i did feel like i was being ripped off.
