IF we were to get a new store where would be peoples choices of location ???

They had one in the galleries before but the rates were that much that they couldnt afford it. thats why theres loads of empty shops in the galleries!!

The old Chapelhouse garage at Seven Stars would be an ideal venue for a shop/office/bar.Its more deceptive than it looks it has a workshop at the back as well as the frontage .Whats more its high enough to put a mezzine floor and double the space.
The advantages its on a buzy main road and is accesible by car /bus /walking from Wigan its near the ground and has limited parking spaces.

a friend of mine has a daughter, she wanted open a shop in galleries, they quoted her 40k a year for rent.

wigan have looked at three places to open a club shop/bar
the fitness first gym
the old kudos nightclub
the orwell.

lets say out of all them if they did open a shop in the galleries, it would be a hell of alot cheaper than the other places mentioned.

it would have to be in the grand arcade ,there a few empt shops there ,noticed yesterday during my christmas shopping

i actually saw an ideal place in the Grand Arcade.

were that new wigan learning shop is near Debenhams. that has lots of room and also an upstairs which would be big enough for shirt printing. i thought they may have been putting a club shop there when they were doing it up a couple of months ago.

but for it to be a sucess it would have to be in the Grand Arcade

interesting to see peoples points of view .

just wish the hilton st store was a little more accesable eh

What about one of the empty store's at Robib Park i know they are big so maybe we would have to share with someone else but they would do really good buisness on match days.

We could also have our own ticket office in this store.
