Hull KR post massive debt

Hull KR have filed accounts which show that they accumulated debts of more than £3million up to the end of November 2008.
The accounts, which were filed late to Companies House, indicate a more precise figure of £3.16 million and do not include figures for last season

c.£400k dent for the 2009 season. Think back 2 years where we were wondering how they could afford all these signings and player movements... quite a bit of money must have been eaten up there. The fact that KR HAVE to get stadium improvements and ready it for a SL compeition has also hit them hard since they got promoted. Of course nobody knows where that money has gone but £3m!.. a club ran by amateurs?
