Newton-2 Match Ban

Post by pie_eater_uk »

Terry Newton was given a 2 match ban and a £500 for 'striking' Jon Wilkin on Friday's game against Saints.

Me neither, I guess his "previous" had a bit to do with it.

Poor lad.
Did anyone see what King did? I was either drunk or my memory really is going, must be the whole getting old thing!! Or maybe it wasn't on telly.
Gawd, I'm confused :(

MrsLam, Too much sun on holiday addles the brain. Not too bad as you say and when we do a Bradford and appeal and get the sentence reduced to £500 plus one match it will be even better

I'm blaming it on these bites I got on holiday. I still keep getting them and they're infected :( They affecting my brain. Is it possible for a person to have fleas?

MrsLam, cannot have been that bad because King has been judged and set free. Sending off sufficient! I know that on this web we are all paranoid but perhaps they are really out to get us.

I'd need to examine them closely...very closely  to tell what made them. It's your own fault for tasting sooooo delicious!

Have to agree it wasn't that bad. I have seen as bad if not worse getting away with it. Can't help feeling he has been judged more on Wilkin's injury than his tackle. Bet he is back playing quicker than they claim he will be.
