Wigan Chips

Post by MrsLam »

How to cook like MrsLam:
1) Cut potato(e)s into desired shape as show below!
Image
2) Heat chip pan and place your designer potato(e) in basket.

3) Let it cook for about 20-25 minutes, notice that the potato(e) isn't actually changing colour because the cooker is no longer lit...re light cooker and wait another 20-25 minutes or until chip is brownish

4) EAT :D

U should get the fat hot first otherwise the chips will absorb more fat and u end up looking like Kieron Cunningham.

Was clean a few days ago trust me :D

Anyway thanks for the advice, think I'd best take it too knowing my kitchen experience. I've cooked some very interesting variations of meals.
