Why no bins?

This may seem an odd one but why are there no bins outside the DW stadium there's no ware to put the rubbish.
Is it due to football idiots?

I believe it is for security reason, the same reason there are no bins inside train stations because (apparently) they are a prime location to hide bombs. Always found it a bit odd since you will find bins in very busy city centres with loads of people around.
