2011 Squad

Post by TRICKY DICKY »

Thats two official confirmed departures and a further two also Known.

Riddell & Ainscough confirmed, Feca and Bailey Known.

So how many more will there be?

That will be 4 out and 3 coming in at present.

Riddell = Finch

Feca = Lima

Bailey = Hoffman

Ainscough = Charnley

Looking at that analysis we will be a hell of a lot stronger next year.

The big questions lie around the other out of contract players. Will this weaken our side or not?

I wish the club would confirm what is happening with:

Fielden, Carmont, Preccy, Coley, Tuson, Micky Mac, Faz, phelps and pryce

I get a feeling that Cameron will be leaving.

And replacement for him...I'd say Amos to FB and then Darrell moves to the wing permanently!

Coley has been confirmed for another year hasn't he? Fielden appears to be negotiating the possibility of staying.

Not sure about Micky Mac, Faz and Tuson but I would hope they would be kept.

Phelps is unlikely to be first or second choice at fullback. so I would suspect he will be leaving.

Carmont had an appearance related option for next year and considering he has only missed a hand full of games, I would suspect that he will stay.

Pryce will hopefully be going!

i fear for tuson as a wigan player
is he really big enough for a place in our pack
back row next years 17 will be 4 from lockers, hansen, tompkins, Hoffman, Mossop with Hock to come later in the year plus farrell to back them up

and please dont say we want mossop or hock as one of our first choice four man props

Imo not... Bailey frees up hocks wage
And place while hoffman is only a year... We'd have fielden, coley, lima precy n eamonn for 2012 possibly a young un...

I wouldnt want a replacement utility player as we have shown we dont need one- phelps' place will probably go to charnley and marsh improved £££
