Quite right. It never ceases to amaze me any appeal is successful because it basically means one RFL disciplinary panel is calling the one that dished out the ban incompetent.

There should not be any appeals process. If you are found guilty then the punishment should stand.

One - why didn't they look at all the angles the first time?

Two - he's still guilty because he got fined so it was a spear tackle and now we are saying that doesn't deserve a ban?
