The assault victim is Rob Jackson, ex Wigan player and Whitehave player who works as an agent for Andy Clarke.

Has he been playing since Huddersfield released him? I honestly don't remember him being released by them!

He's off to a Championship club, I think. Halifax? Dewsbury? Somewhere over in that region.

He was released by them a couple of months ago, IIRC.

Yes at least one maybe two previous cases and from what I have been told he does not have a leg to stand on in this latest one.
