Phil Vievers

Post by josie andrews »

FORMER Wigan assistant coach Phil Vievers is to be the new No 2 to Salford boss Shaun McRae.

Phil told me this two weeks ago but kept it quiet until it was officially announced.

Well done Phil :)

Nice one. Made up for the lad! Does that mean there's a vacancy at Heinz? I am learning Serbo-Croat! :D

He left Heinz and went teaching sport or something like that can't remember the proper title :doz:

But glad he's got back into the game cos he was missing it big time :)

Josh wasnt that impressive at Whitehaven this season.
Not too much a big miss if he decides to leave.

Last time I spoke to Phil, he said Josh hadn't had any offers, which is a shame really.

I saw Josh in a few games for Whitehaven this season Josie.
Sorry to say it, but he looked very average even in NHL1.
