Well it seems that the rents are good enough for what we take profit-wise in the Grand Arcade something which I had fears about when we relocated because Wigan is a gost town in reality. So... if we are moving to a larger premises (i doubt there's a smaller one available) the move from Hilton Street was a success.
Maybe have a little cafe... wouldn't mind having a Super Kel Muffin

thats way too small isnt it. i would of thought somewhere like the old Shoe shop or the Council skills shop. not a store half the size of the one we have now

I presumed they would be moving into a bigger store? Are there any smaller than the present one? The Skills shop mentioned would be a good call.

the wife & i were talkin about this. She works in Debenhams and walks the length of GA on her way for her bus... she reckons the only empty unit in GA is the old travel agents. Has minimal storage in the shop area, and nothing above....
The benefit... it gets alot of foot traffic from Civic Centre & On Street Parking going to Debenhams, and it's got HUGE window areas... but is it a good move... i'm not certain...
She's not in tomorrow... but if we havent got an answer by Thursday, we'll get it then!

When I got my gpartin printed shirts from the shop over the phone a bit ago the lady who served me over the phone posted on here and might know a bit more about it. I've totally forgotten her user name unfortunately but no doubt someone will know.
