Players that you choose to sit on your 'Interchange Bench' DO NOT receive points. Players you choose in the numbered (1 – 13) positions DO receive points. However, your 'Interchange Bench' players can be rotated into your 'Squad of 13' at any time – including during the weekend. In order to score points players MUST be in the 'Squad of 13' prior to midnight THE DAY BEFORE the game that they are expected to play in.
The system allows you, therefore, to play the game strategically by rotating players from your 'Interchange Bench to the 'Squad of 13' in order to gain maximum points from all the weekend's fixtures.
