salford ground
just been to the Trafford centre and seen that Salford's new ground is on the way with a stand half built I didn't realise it was being built at the side of the Barton Bridge, looks like it will be a decent stadium.
I always knew that I liked this place, you don't have to look to far to find a friendly face, I feel alive when I'm walking on this street, I feel the heart of this city pounding underneath my feet, yeah if the world keeps spinning round and round this is were it all goes down, down, down, THAT'S WHY I LOVE THIS TOWN!.

Design has changed somewhat from, iirc, a curved main stand but it does seem to be pretty nice

thats the one i remember, prefer the first design (picture) but i doubt they'd ever fill it

Re: salford ground
The pitch area has been down for months, all the drainage went in well before Christmas, I think. It'll be another nice ground for superleague and hopefully their attendances will go up a bit as well.
