I blame Daz Goulding. To stay on your man and let the man inside go through is disgraceful
Wait isn't that what many people said he should do

cp, not sure if you missed the point. Look again at the picture, Westerman hasn't even got hold of the ball...
That's not the only no try that was given. That silly git who reached through his legs from over the Dead Ball line to ground the ball, and got a try.

i disagree, considering i could've spat on him from where i was sat. It was right in front of me, and he left 2 indents on the field where he stopped. The advantage of having crap end zones.

I was being faschevious Onedego
The whole game / sport is farcical. Some of the decision made during the match and post match beggar belief. No wonder we play second fiddle to the NRL.

Sadly you cannot tell either way from the Micron video

you must have been sat a couple of places away from me then. He clearly got to the ball and put it down within the field of play as far as I could see, would have loved to have seen something different mate but I'd have given it from what I saw. Wouldn't even have used the screen had there been one.

what got me was that (on both of the tries) he went up to the touch judge and asked him "Was that a try", and the touch judge basically shrugged. I think he was there for a jolly in front of 15'200 peeps.
gp, you must've passed me by then... I was on the front row, second block over... B31 on the isle...

Clearly from the photo Geoff has posted there was considerable doubt over Westerman's control of that ball in scoring. But hey ho the merry whistle blower gave it - so it must have been a try
