All I have to say is "oh dear".

Not even going to contribute to any post on today's match.

Well done Catalans though (seriously)

Doesn't this sort of contradict itself?

Chapeau Le Catalan!

The team on the pitch tonight didn't look like a shadow of the champion side that dominated teams with ease last year and for that - the early part of this year. Even mitigating for a shocking 15 minute demonstration of Childs worst refereeing, Catalans were by the far the best side in every department.

Out-played

Out-coached

Out-enthused

By far the worst Wigan performance I remember for some years.

Worse than the Huddersfield game 2 years ago. Embarrassed to be a Wigan supporter tonight. We were humiliated!

Sacré bleu. I thought at one point that Noble was back and then realised we were worse than that - it took me back to the dark days of Millward being in charge and I take nothing away from Catalans in saying that who played very well tonight but us? Well for once words fail me so am not even going to try.

:craz:

Woeful performance tonight. Outplayed, outenthused and outclassed. Where is the team that played so well last year? Have we forgotten how to play?
Well played Catalans you richly deserved your win.

Been back a while and didn't come on right away and all I can say is the team were us disgrace from start to finish.

Wjhat summed it up for me was what I think was Cats 3rd try in the first half.

It was on the 6th tackle (I think) and the two half backs or teo players who were opposite their scrum half rushed out of defence and left a gap a super tanker could have gone through. They were on our 30m line or thereabouts and their scrum half must have thought he was playing 11 year olds on a bad day.

It was inept and stupid. Nothing on and they let them score an easy try due to rank stupidity.

Perhaps they were worried he might kick to Goulding again who was already at fault for two tries displaying an appalling inability to take a high ball but if so it just shows we are not the team we think we are this year if we have to that because the winger can't catch. Missed Gleeson's protection big time.

Worst performance since Millward and if that team plays Saints they will put another 75 on us.

Positives. Only one. The longer Pat was on the longer it looked he'd never been away. Mossop was also OK but in reality this was after Les Cats had taken their foot well off the gas.

As to Madge well he needs to wise up and quick. An attack that has one move of Sam joining the line from deep on the right will be worked out after a short time and it was.
