As CP rightly pointed out, our next coach could/should be Shaun Wane.
Irrespective of the rumour about our leader departing back to the Southern hemisphere, what are peoples thoughts about our future beyond Michael McGuire.

Wayne without question. If he had been in charge this season we wouldn't be lumbered with 2 crap Aussie imports.

Wouldn't want him on his own though. Maybe a young assistant from NRL?

It's all too easy to be romantic and choose an ex-player fans' favourite etc... the right answer would be the best man for the job to be exactly that. He could be Korean... but Maguire is our coach for now and on the subject of "players switching off due to Maguire leaving next year" is ridiculous.

They're professionals and Maguire hasn't changed his style since he set foot in Wigan, why should players switch off for no particular reason?

Remember Shaun's magnificent victory at Hull when Madge had to go back to Aus?
