Who should be our next Head Coach?

Post by 100% Warrior »

Simply who should take over from Madge, on the poll are a few names who have been linked with the job already.

I am not even sure Mal wants to coach a club over there let alone here. I think he has a very successful business and likes Aus too much.

No brainer for me; Shaun Wane. Spent 2 years with Madge and learned from him, understands the systems in place so less disruption more continuity. Knows the players at all levels through the club far better than anybody can/will. Proven sustained success at lower grades and very short term success standing in for Madge. Wigan through and through, loyal, will stay as long as the club wants him, stability etc. Wane deserves and has earned his chance.

what if Waney doesn't want the job at this moment in time? what if he is happy being the assistant for another couple of years, everyone seems to think that he will be ready to take over the job, yet IL was hoping that Madge would stay for longer than the original 3 year
