longy injured again in derby

Got something to discuss about RL in general? Then this is the place to post it.

I think he needs to stay in the game for other reasons Dean.
It was rumoured his misses found out he was playing away every week at Hull
Can you imagine the atmosphere in his house..... no wonder he wants to carry on as long as any club is daft enough to keep paying him, theres even time for a 2 year deal at widnes.

Longy's not bothered by this in the slightest I'm sure he knew it was unrealistic that he'd still be playing now anyway given how injury prone he was at Saints. They weren't willing to offer him a 2 year contract knowing what he was like and Hull have paid the price for that. Longy has blagged an extra years wages and that's all he's bothered about, he's too old to be playing in Super League and that's why he gets injured all the time. I'm not rejoicing in his injury but I'm not sympathetic either, it was always going to happen.
Gareth Thomas before his first game: "You wanna spend 10 mins getting smashed up by these guys..Big dudes here.."
