Martin Aspinwall jailed
4 months for Dangerous Driving after crashing his car in a high speed police chase. Castleford say they are making no comment!

DISGRACED former Wigan Warriors star Martin Aspinwall was behind bars today after admitting his part in a 90mph police car chase.
The 29-year-old from Ince, who enjoyed the euphoria of scoring against his old side for Castleford Tigers only last weekend, was yesterday brought crashing down to earth with a four-month jail term from a Liverpool Crown Court judge.
The custodial sentence was handed down after the burly second row forward admitted a charge of dangerous driving while over the drink-drive limit.
The police pursuit - which went on for the best part of 10 miles around Ince, Wigan, Abram and Bickershaw - happened in January, just weeks before he was due to be sentenced for a savage drunken assault on a friend.
