They were so good in the first half. Phil gould said he hadn't seen a big game be so one sided. My mind went back to tri nations final 04. NSW were far more resolute than England though. Just wish Lockyer could have got over near the end.

Thought the short outside / inside pass was already in Madge's repertoire ?
And it would only work for Tomkins if he gave up on the skip & turn the wrong way play :roll:

Fantastic game entertaining from the off.Paul Gallen for me was the stand out player for NSW.It was like reading a who's who looking at the Queensland team.What a dream line up.Sad for Lockers that he could not get on the score sheet.Kept it on sky+ for when I get bored. :D
