Last weekend the rich farming sister-in -law came to visit from Coppull and brought a new video with her, Coppull Memories 1830-2002, a slight misnomer because the history dates back to around 830 rather than 1830 but Dai can learn all about the great Coppull pit disaster with 36 dead including brothers aged 11 and 13, the industrial riot at the end of the 18th century which saw a riotous crowd of 8000 burn one of the original cotton mills to the ground, see what a disaster 1967 was with the last pit in the village closing, the last cotton mill closing, the railway station being closed by Dr Beeching and not reported but still true this reporter marrying into the wealth of an Eccleston (Chorley not St Helens, I would never do that!) farming family (see opening comment) and leaving his ancestral home.
Only £12 to you DaiJones +£1 p&p.
Happy Christmas everyone, even closet Welsh RU supporters, and here is hoping we win something in 2005

An ideal Christmas present for DaiJones
Regarder une fille en bikini, c'est comme avoir un revolver chargé sur sa table:
Il n'y a rien de mal a ça mais il est difficile de penser à autre chose.
Now Europe is just for holidays.

Blimey! Coppull had videocams in 1830?
