Afternoon all. Does anyone know how big the queues are /have been like for Cup Final tickets at the DW? And waiting times?
Thinking of going down either tonight or tomorrow night.
Also, do you know what sections in the West Stand still have £41 tickets available?
Thanks in advance.

A lot of people I know are booking through the RFL no restriction on ticket numbers no waiting in the rain, modern times different ways to book etc.

Personally, i think it's all done the wrong way. The RFL market the event to death with "cheap tickets as long as you buy before the semi-final", in an attempt to trick fans of other teams in to buying their tickets early.
For me, they should be held until today, no sales, and then released to the 2 qualifying clubs. Then the clubs can choose to allow Season Ticket Holders first, then go on general sale.
Instead, you end up finding your team has qualified and really wanting to go and perhaps ending up with the scrag ends of the ticket pool.
but, The RFL are more interested in lining their pockets rather than having the best interests of the clubs and fans in mind.

Feeling a bit peeved off in regards to this....I dont live in Wigan, and during the week find it difficult to get to Wigan due to work!!! This means although im a season ticket holder I have to wait for the scraps because im not in the area!!! Then if my wife is able to come to wembly I have to wait til friday for my tickets!!! Do the RFL not realise wembley holds 90 odd thousand people? Surely season ticket holders should be able to get 2 tickets each??!! Also as it stands, a Wiganer living in Wigan without a season ticket have a better chance of getting a ticket for wembley than my wife and I!!!!

What a crap idea. If they did this the stadium would be half full at best with two well supported teams and almost empty if any not well supported teams got there. People plan weekends away long in advance so its marketed all year long. I didn't use my season ticket to get a ticket from Wigan and used the RFL website instead and didn't get scrag ends of the ticket pool
