I agree they were superb, 15 mins or so to go when the Dale started and it kept going until ages after time. What was the announcement? I couldn't hear anything and have a croaky voice.

Before the game, the announcer said that beach balls were not allowed, LMFAO. We just kept them going as long as we could
The speakers weren't working in the West stand so couldn't hear the last announcement when we were all chanting at the end. We were much too loud

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Going to have to start charging appearance money at this rate

Thing was, I don't usually stand so far back, but all the lower rails were took when I got there at 11 :exc:
I did have my own steward as well, who, for some reason, escorted me down the steps to the loo a couple of times

you had a stick, and he was fishing for a tip. He didn't realise you'd be bouncing along with Dale Cavese though... teehee!!
The Sarah & I were in the pub, the camera flew over, i pointed and said "There's Josie..."

Re: the fans today
From the TV it seemed that the wire "fans" took exception to the Wigan fans singing despite losing - so they started chanting "you're sh!t" at the end of every part of the chant.
The announcer told them that wire would "not tolerate foul and abusive language"
About says it all
