Got something to discuss about RL in general? Then this is the place to post it.

I've just seen the highlights. They do everything properly and whenever Thurston or Lockyer has the ball they seem to have at least 3 runners to choose from, and they're so comfortable going to the line.

They never seem to play badly either which means someone is going to have to play a perfect game to beat them.

They were outstanding, our game (england) still looks miles behind them. The speed in which there game is played is way ahead

Just watched - all posters are dead right, they were awesome.

Forwards looked bit smaller than some previous Kangaroos, but their speed & power make it look a different game to what we play.

So many options with Lockyer & Thurston running the show at half back - they just do everything right.

At least Lockyer retires after this 4-Nations - it may give us opportunities in the future :doz: or perhaps not! - they've loads of talent queueing to take his place.

Agree about their forward pack, doesn't appear to be quite as scary as a few years ago. Used to look at Webcke, Tallis and Mason and think we had little chance of going toe to toe with those guys. The current crop aren't as intimidating but their all as fit as they can be and know exactly what their job is. Matt Scott is actually similar to Webcke, a big lump of granite moving up the middle of the field and clearing everything out of the way. Good luck England!

Aus were great but lest we forget NZ were hopeless. Completion by Aus was near perfect, NZ dreadful and the fringe Kiwi defence all over the place which means when you have great playmakers like Aus do they make the right call, take the right play and punish you repeatedly.

Aus played smart, NZ played dumb
