Just read that FIFA have prevented England from wearing the poppy on their shirt for this Saturday's friendly against Spain, the FA should just ignore them and allow the team to pay their respects to those who gave their lives for the freedom we're allowed today.

It is disgusting to deny any sport/organisation/person the opportunity to show their respect for all the service men & women who have given their lives for their country.
I noticed that the Spurs/Fulham players had special shirts with "Poppies" embroidered on them on Sunday

What next ?
The banning of the St George cross because of it's 'historic use' in the crusades :sly:
Too many desk jockeys & others with personal agendas

FIFA have done a U turn and the players will now be wearing Poppies on their black arm bands.
What a farce that there was ever an issue!
