Yes i do know it was removed form his ankle...i was just commenting on league express's stupid mistake saying he couldnt yet run because he'd had a plate removed from his arm

Apparently he was helping my sister sort her garden and decorating out a couple of days ago so his arm can't be the problem.

I shall give her a call at once and ask her how steady he looked on it (its a small garden so he wouldn't have got up to full speed, I don't think).
