Easter Games

Post by ancientnloyal »

It has begun, Easter is here and the Wire have just kicked off against Widnes and Les Cats are in London tonight.

Wolves have rested quite a few and are currently losing 0-6... we all know what happened to Wigan eh... I'd expect Warrington to still win 76-6 though but I will be wrong

If Phelps could pass Widnes would be in the lead. Hard skill to master that right to left pass.

The young lad Currie looks good for wire. Hope he's not going to come back and haunt us.

Unfortunately we had little or no choice with Currie. Taylor and Currie were by far and away the best for their age group in Wigan. We got Taylor who has been struck down by a career threatening injury/disease BUT Currie created an auction between ourselves and Wire. We pulled out when it started getting silly. Back row was not exactly a shortage area.

We beat everybody for the likes of Williams and Hampshire though last season INCL Wire.
