Re: DONE DEAL FOR SBW
I read somewhere that in NZ RU is referred to as Rugby and RL simply as League.
The reporter is not having a pop at "League".

Great Britain test captain Andy Farrell, who is being courted by rugby.
As Williams has again been linked with a possible code switch to rugby.
His management said rugby was a future option Meanwhile, Wallabies coach Eddie Jones doubted Williams could make a successful transition to the 15-man game.
"I don't think you could find a position for him in rugby," Jones told the Sun-Herald newspaper.
So it seems as if every super league club has interest in him.I can see next weeks headline now:-

my point was that they seem to think there's only one game called rugby and something else called League.warrior till i die posted:

Sonny Bill would be the best possible replacement if Faz does feel the need to go to Union but set no store by the press please. I recall being told in 1995 by an RL journalist and a member of the Wigan first team squad at the time that we had signed Jonah Lomu. Both used the phrase "done deal"
Re: DONE DEAL FOR SBW
Hilariously, according to teletext, Saints have made a formal offer for SBW. If he ends up there, I'm Doc Murray.

Has everyone forgot already, we have a loose forward, Sean O'loughlin. Everyone was singing his praises the other day, why get someone else to play his position!DaiJones posted:
