Should normal admission prices be charged in view of the poor attendances last season?

And Les Cats will hardly swell the numbers!

It's only us who would feel it. Cats won't bring many.

I believe that according to RFL rules they have to charge the standard price. However, I think that the clubs are at liberty to offer discounts for block bookings and kids to boost attendance. According to IL at the fans forum I attended, the reason that the challenge cup is more lucrative is that for the play-offs profit from ticket sales from all matches and the final are divided equally between all 8 teams, whereas more of the prize fund and more profit from ticket sales goes to the 2 finalists in the challenge cup final.

Well I think having to fork out £42 for two seats when both of us are season ticket holders is a joke.
At that price I would normally have a hard time justifying it but my son is off to Uni at the end of September so this will be has last home game for a while so we are going.
What I can't do though is justify another £21 for me on top of the petrol costs from Chester and back assuming we get another home game.
I booked online but I am going to query it anyway as my son is a student so I am a bit miffed he got charges full price anyway.

Surely, there should be a discount for season ticket holders for all non league home games in the Challenge Cup and the Play Off's when they are the most loyal supporters?
