Players on Loan v Salary Cap

Does anybody know the exact ruling regarding taking players on loan for the rest of the season. Do they still count for the salary cap and the 20/20 ruling?

As a matter of interest, is there any realistic players available to get on loan (i.e. Feathers to Wakefield scenario)(and not Bibey) or is this a non starter? Can't remember the geezer's name, but he was the big off loading forward at Cas? - he may be useful if he is still going?

if we can get anyone ,we need a giant who plays conservative rugby . eg. hard yards up the middle and a bricks4ithouse for the opponents to run into

I think the cas player I mentioned was Michael Smith? What happened to him as he could do the job

He joined St Helens and then left before the start of the season. He had disaplinary problems and had refused to move from Yorkshire.
