Who do you think was our worst Scrum Half?
Craig Murdoch IMO.

I'm not a fan of criticising individual players as sometimes players benefit from having great players around them. Craig Murdock played with a great side and was a good support player though not the greatest organiser - he scored two of the best tries that will ever be seen at Twickers! I wouldn't rate him that badly. I remember that the Welsh lad Ness Flowers was a big disappointment and Jinkin Jimmy Fairhurst wasn't too inspiring.

Plus Les Bolton, Bernard Coyle, Adrian Foster, Cliff Sayer. All from Wigan and in the team during the bad times of the seventies.

If you'd said "Worst No 9" I'd have gone for Gary Heatherington, yes, THAT Gary Heatherington. As for the No 7, it's got to be Dennis Moran.
