I can't understand what the problem, there is nothing wrong with Drugs both recreational and performance enhancing, the offenders should be happy to get caught, they get to have a 2 year break from the intensities of the game yet still get to train thanks to their clubs giving them personal trainers, there is also the nice back hander in the brown envelope they will receive during this time, then when their break is over they can sign a nice shiny new 5 year contract and be treated like the messiah by all their faithful fans
