we should have kept luke robinson
he was one of our best players last season
if mark gasnier had come from st george illawara we could be in a different position
we started badly last season and look where we ended up
shaun briscoe should have been kept as he now looks like he is going to be a Great Britain international with hull

Does anyone know anything about the referee for friday night

we can guarantee that stevo will be enjoying our failure

we need a bigger front row and better training

You certainly know what you want! Dennis Betts needs to take control and although its good that he is mates with the players, he should become their coach 1st! You cant blame Betss for the release of players though because that is down to one man only!
NUMBER 1 SPOT HERE WE COME!!!

maurice lindsay has to go
we are failing to sign players from smaller clubs while st helens have signed a world class player in the winter ( Jamie Lyon) as well as signing Vinnie Anderson who will definitely be superb

Why? As a scrum half he did nothing. As a back up hooker he did well but we have Godwin who seems even better.

Well his club pulled the plug on the deal but last I heard Gasnier was - wairt for it - injured. Fell out of his car or someting daft. The Wigan injury jinx now even affects those we try to sign let alone those who we do.

Had Briscoe been kept someone else would have had to leave and Briscoe would not have got a game in front of Radlinski.

I'd agree with you on that one.

If Luke Robinson did nothing as a scrum half why on god's earth was he first choice scrum half on the england squad with little robbie burrows not getting a look in. Think about it, it makes sense. :doz: :sly: :sly: :sly: :sly: :sly: :sly:

You might think he did nothing but he is still a kid. Salford have said they want to build their team around him for the next ten yrs.

When he came back to us from Cas he played his heart out and I thought he played well for Salford against us in the first game.

I was pleased we signed Moran initially but am now thinking whether he is worth the extra money we must be paying him. We could have kept Robinson for a lot less (probably) which would have benefitted us re 20/20

On saturday night Moron (sorry Moran) did more for London than he did for Wigan. Send him back. Luke robinson has settled well at salford but his talent is being wasted because Salford aren't a club that are going places at the moment. :sly: :eh: :doz: :doz: :doz:

He did nothing as a scrum half for Wigan in SL. Some kiddies England squad isn't an indicator of how well you do in SL. If it were with all the representation our current team has had in that squad we would be top of SL now

They are hardly going to say much different are they.

As I said he played well as a hooker. As a scrum half he didn't shine at all. Godwin is a better hooker, Moran is a better scrum half. We just aren't missing LR at all.

So are you saying the club would have paid him than £20K (highly unlikely IMO) because if not then he takes a 20/20 slot just the same way Moran does.

If you think your beloved Luke would have done anything behind that pack you are dreaming.

No scrum half can work behind a pack getting battered off the park.

Moran is a proven SL standard scrum half. LR isn't.
