TV coverage of the World Cup
Why are all of the World Cup matches not being televised on terrestrial tv?
I subscribe to the top virgin media tv package to get all the sports channels and cannot believe virgin do not have premier sports as an option.
Virgin blame premier for this and childishly premier blame virgin.
Not sure who is to blame but suspect it is virgin.
Has anyone complained to virgin?

All England games are on BBC one,the rest on Premier so we should be able to stream.

What you could do i suppose is subscribe £9.99 for the player and use your HDMI o/p+cable to tv and watch live that way.I use that method when streaming NRL games from Coolsport.
ps you cancel after cup finishes. :conf:

I'm sure I remember some bizarre rule were the terrestrial channels must have the coverage of England/gb games and the rights are not for sale

All 28 games are being shown on Premier sports, England games included, not all games are being show on BBC!!
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Josie that was my point, I have virgin media and they don't do premier sports due to a silly squabble.josie andrews wrote:All 28 games are being shown on Premier sports, England games included, not all games are being show on BBC!!
So I guess I will need to use a stream or subscribe to premier online and link it to my tv.
What are the quality of the streams like? I have seen some football on a stream and it was a bit blurred (I am sure it wasn't the catp1ss lager kicking in)?
