Scotland v tonga

Post by East Stand Faithful »

These Tongan lads are big lads.

Not sure who their left centre is but we could do with a good left centre.

Moi moi's hairdo is a bit daft though. I could just hear Alex Murphy in the changing room at Central Park saying " get your xxxxing haircut you tosser"

Never knew our Matty Russell was a true blue Scotsman, born in Irvine. Good individual try that.

The jocks keeping the British end up though by 20 points to 4.

If they make the final shall we call them Great britain like we do with Murray in the tennis?

No your wrong.

If they win the world cup they are British

they lose they are Scottish.

Shane Hayne is to blame for the seesawing nature of the contest.
He only knows how to referee one team at a time. First Half it was Tonga's turn to feel the lash of Haynes pedantry , secound half it was Scotlands.

Otherwise well done both countries. Scotland have quality haves and showed tremendous courage against an NRL stacked Tongan team.

Tonga have no halves and no Kicker. Jason Taumalolo is a handy secound rower , but without spine players in the halves Tonga really played below what that team promises.

Shame. They didn't use Hurrell either , they just used him as a battering ram extra forward.

The whole game Tonga relied on their forwards barging over the line.

Glen Fisiahi 'the fish had a shocker ' shame we never got to see his blistering pace.

Italy Tonga will be a goody as will Scotland Italy
