Warriors Launch Season Kick Off Campaign

Wigan Warriors have embarked upon a new marketing campaign promoting the first game of the new season against Huddersfield Giants.
The Super League Champions take on last season's League Leaders shield winners in a huge start to the new campaign at the DW Stadium at 8pm on Friday 7th February.
The cross-channel campaign, which commenced this week, will combine advertising, social media, competitions and events across the new three weeks in the lead up to the game.
The campaign will look to build excitement ahead of the Season Kick off as well as introducing some of the new faces in the 2014 squad to the town.
Warriors Marketing Executive Paul MacLeod commented,
"Following the success of last season and the capture of some exciting signings like Matt Bowen, the appetite for the start of the new Super League campaign is already there amongst supporters.
"By launching this campaign we are hoping to help develop this buzz around the town and throughout all Wigan fans - by interacting with them, giving them the opportunity to meet players, have photos taken with the trophies and allowing them to demonstrate their support for the Club"
