Paul Anderson not happy with Huddersfield's performance against Bradford

But, it seems, a couple of coaches aren't happy with how their players are 'manning up'.

Nathan Brown launched a thinly veiled attack on St Helens' bottle for the battle after Sunday's 41-24 defeat by Warrington.

Now Huddersfield Paul Anderson is at it, going even further by accusing his Giants forwards of not being tough enough.

They beat Bradford 54-16 but Anderson fumed: "I've told the forwards in no uncertain terms what I thought. They were soft."

It all adds up to an interesting battle at the Langtree Park Stadium tomorrow when those two teams meet.

Meanwhile, Bradford still have no idea when they will hear if their appeal against their six-point deduction has been successful.

The independent panel is taking its time to make a water-tight decision due to possible repercussions on Bradford and their rivals in relegation year,

Wakefield chairman Michael Carter has already threatened to quit if the Bulls win their appeal.

Better news for the Bulls this week was the arrival of two more troops in the shape of Jordan Baldwinson and Mason Tonks.

The two 19-year-olds quit Leeds last year to try and make it in the NRL with Sam Tomkins' team New Zealand Warriors.

Neither did and are now hoping to prove a point with Bradford before re-joining Leeds on three-year deals next season.

Baldwinson, who will make his debut at Catalan Dragons on Saturday, said: "It didn't go how we hoped but we've got to get on with it and keep our heads up.

"I really want to make a mark and a name for myself in Super League. It's a confidence boost that Bradford want us.

According to today's trade press he isn't happy with their game at Saints last Friday.
They were dreadful and do appear out of form.
We could do with a league win against them and perhaps now is a good time to play them.

"We were sh*te!" was how the Mirror quoted him!
