one thing about sam he looks like a very likeable bloke he seems to get on with folk really well, and i certainly havent heard a bad word said about him in terms of teammates.
Those characters are gold to have in the dressing room as they unite the team and a team who plays for eachother will always come good. You get the feeling thats why Cas have done well this term they seem to have a really close team this year. Some characters can be poison regardless of their talent

You can see him growing in confidence each week and he had his best game so far against the Eels at weekend. As for being homesick he is apparently missing Keith the most
He looks different and can't quite decide why - don't think it is just the beard either

I think he looks "harder" if that makes sense he looks more of a man less like a little boy

I was sort of hoping he would be a massive flop over there so that he would maybe want to come back but it's good to see him doing well.
That beard is fantastic!

Sam is the sort of person who'll do well anywhere, luckily he still considers himself one of us so he will return sooner or later

Yeah as good as he is I thought he'd be a bit lightweight for the NRL but now he's got over his nerves he's back to his best!
I'm sure we'd be his first option if he returns one day but would he take a drop in wages like Joel? cos I'm sure we couldn't match his salary over there due to the cap
