Assuming we drop Beswick, Allen and Hargreaves and have Scully, MacD, Godwin and Brown on the bench I actually think it looks pretty strong (compared to Widnes), assuming improvements in the fitness of the 2 sub props. All they need now is coaching!!

:conf: Last week Betts said it would be 2 - 3 weeks before Carney was ready, lets hope it's not to soon, if he only lasts 10 mins again, who can we blame ....?????

GeoffN, hope you have got this team in the wrong order, otherwise it is a very strange looking one!
A word of caution, as the playing shirts fall off my back car window the players seem to get injured, on the way upto Newcastle airport on the way to Berlin last week, Kris Radlinski fell off so he obviously thought better of playing and time to get a hamstring pull in training, on the way back on Saturday Terry Newton fell off the window.
The good news now however is that I have reapplied everybody with a good dose of spit so after Newton picks up his season ending injury this weekend we should be all right for the rest of the season, perhaps I can but a Vaelaeki hang up on Friday!

copied and pasted off the club site, so presumably that's where Betts is going to play them.

Betts !!!!!
That, presumably, was intended as a rhetorical question.
IMO, BC himself, as he's said he's ready, and the club medical staff (and any outside medics involved in his treatment)would be the main ones to blame, should it be necessary.
Since Betts is apparently responsible, in your view, for the state of the pitch, the price of the pies, your failure to win the Golden Gamble and the dirty window in the Lotto shop, he might as well get the blame for injuries as well.
