Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Mr G. Hock on 2 charges!
What a nuckle head he is. So glad Wigan got rid of.

Hock could have/should have been one of Wigans/England's great forwards. What a waste of a talent through lack of self control and bad advice.BriH wrote:Mr G. Hock on 2 charges!

Re: Disciplinary
The really sad thing about Hock is that i bet within 5 years of being out of rugby when he retires he will be in prison or worse

Championship games don't get reviewed as fast as Super League ones. There will be some bans for sure, the charges should be known tomorrow I think, then any hearings will be next week.southernpie wrote:After some of the reports I had read, I was expecting to see a few from Leigh/Bradford match but none
in the world of mules, there are no rules

Re: Disciplinary
6 matches for Hock apparently.
Starting to look like getting rid was a clear cut good thing. Personally I was sad to see him go, but he's not been covering himself in glory since he left.

Re: Disciplinary
Great facts from Bilko
Since 2008 Hock has played 110 matches and been suspended for 106, paying £3100 in fines. 69 were for the drugs suspension.
Maybe being banned isn't enough of a deterent these days - perhaps upping the fines would have a bigger impact on foul play. RL players aren't super rich.
