Why oh why are we persevering with him, he's gone at the end of the season, Manfredi isn't and should be getting game time now, please send Budgie out to Workington for the rest of the season :exc:

Not if he scores 6 tries, he won't.

Nice to hear a proper RL name like Albert Kelly on the pitch.

Neither use nor ornament to us at present. Possibly believing his own press. Maybe he ought to read the most recent match reports?

Burgess is a fantastic player who unfortunately cannot seem to do anything right at the moment but it will come good in the end. Remember it is not just young Joe having a shocker. It seems the whole team are out of sorts. And it is no good expecting Lockers to be around guiding the team around because he's spending more time injured than he is playing.Retirement beckons and that throws another spanner in the works.Who steps up to replace Lockers because from what I can see.We do not have a leader on the field apart from Joel. Micky Mac just wants to punch everyones head in. As it seems do the rest of the team.We have had players in the past who enforced a game but we also had a team that could play good rugby. You are not playing good rugby if all you want to do is knock someone out.Keep it simple Mr Wane play rugby.Stop the ill dicipline stop giving penalties away and the rugby will look after itself. We are fast becoming a team known in the rugby world for thuggery.Lets change that opinion by getting back to playing quick open rugby.

I said this after the 1st game. He is young and is far from the finished article and I dont see the point developing him further just to go elsewhere. This turnover of players and the whole culture of everyone is replaceable, as well as saying to players if you leave you can just back if it doesn't work out, has to change.

Kooch, everything you say is true skill has gone out of the window and been replaced by thuggery and indiscipline, very sad for a club like Wigan

Manfredi did score for Worky, he had a standout game in attack and defence according to the town fans. Time for him to replace Burgess for me.
